About Us

Munish Dayal is an equity owner and CEO of Adrenalads. Prior to working at Adrenalads, Munish practiced commercial litigation and corporate and securities law for six years, and advised on business operations, strategy, and business development for several technology startups. Munish holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Nate Hashem is a co-founder and the CTO of Adrenalads. Nate has nearly a decade of experience in the architecture and development of advertising optimization software. His solutions have optimized and scaled traffic volume and acquisition costs across a variety of advertising platforms. He has worked at and led teams at some of the top technology companies in Los Angeles, such as PriceGrabber.com and Oversee.net. Nate is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In Nate's personal time, he enjoys playing softball, soccer, and telling people they are wrong on Hacker News.

Josh is an equity owner and COO of Adrenalads. Prior to joining Adrenalads, Josh spent his entire career in finance, starting out as a junior quantitative analyst and working his way up to running his own hedge fund. He has nearly fifteen years of experience trading, analyzing, and modeling complex financial products. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Mathematics and enjoys playing piano, guitar, and injuring himself doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Joe is an equity owner and CIO of Adrenalads, and has several years of experience as a technology systems architect. Joseph brings "full stack" experience, manging everything from infrastructure colocation, network and system administration, to web application development. In his career he has worked on several noteworthy projects such as changing the ads on the Chicago digital billboards based on traffic in real time. Joseph is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and still remembers how to modify config.sys and autoexec.bat files to improve his computer's frame rate while playing games like DOOM and Quake.
